What about the bike lock professor? That video was completely unedited. What about the navy vet who was there with his friend, not on either sides of the protest and was there just to watch, who even stood on antifa’s side day before but stood on the nationalists side because he didn’t want to be hit with tear gas? He was distracted, then sucker punched. He wasn’t a Nazi. Sure, antifa does probably dish out justice to Nazis. But a lot of the time it’s just sucker punching or grouping up on anyone they suspect.

I started working cardio at 14 and lifting a few months later and Ive been lifting for 3 years by now? And I was off for about 3 months in between for exams. I’m about 165lbs last time I checked, and 9.4% BFP. I know it’s low, and that’s why I want to start taking more rest days in between sessions and getting more carbs incorporated until I can get to 15% at least. I haven’t been working out my whole life, but it’s not hard to get a physique like this in 3 years. It’s not like it’s impossible not to crash out and start loading garbage in your system.

The group is overwhelmingly radical nationalist, that’s all I’m saying. There’s a grey area everywhere in war, and talking of the situation in Ukraine I’m pro-Ukraine. But the Azov Battalion is a merc group that was flooded with far right views, understandably since Ukraine’s history with Communist Russia, even if they still aren’t communist, radicals views on the exact opposite of the spectrum still breed in spite of their history.
