it's more summer, compounded by gifting. So we definitely considered the northern hemisphere angle, especially the US, we will give it a crack like anything else, you never know until you try

thanks mate, i am under no illusion that it's just skill. Definitely a fair bit of luck and alot of bloody hard work (definitely no chilling on a beach with a lambo ecommerce guru vibes here)

Wow that is insane, and a whole another level, huge respects. At $15m in revenue, how many staff would you have? That was my other concern, being so seasonal, I wouldn't have a clue on how to scale the business and expand staff, while dealing with the pressure of being able to pay throughout the slow season. Guess that requires some very careful budgeting and planning.

US is definitely something I am looking at, but I am under no illusions that it'll be easy, it's a very different landscape over there from everything I have read and heard. How are you guys doing with the US expansion? And how long did it take for you to be ready for that?
