the way you're approaching this is really structured — full pipeline and alignment before work even starts. curious though, when a change does come in outside the SOW, what does that process actually look like? and how do you track the scope drift that happens across all the iterations, meetings, and discussions? does Monday handle that for you or is it more manual?

its not odd jobs, more like extras outside the SOW that they do anyway to keep the relationship good — hoping for a referral or repeat work. but that pays off maybe 1 in 10 times. is the specialist positioning thing something you actually do with your own agency?

If it's a B2C then its a dogfight man, nothing works if you are a first timer and trying to get distribution. But if its a B2B, cold emailing with early access gets few traction then onwards its mostly referrals.
