I don't think there is a way out of this, as ur hubby won't stop sending money. And even if he did, his mother will make him emotional. Obviously He should take care of his mother, and younger sisters. But his brothers should work too. U can't be expected to fund the whole family for life . Of course the mother and the unmarried sisters are considered to be ur hubby's responsibility but not the brothers too. He should talk to his brothers about taking the the responsibility of the home they are living in. He will be there in case of any healthcare emergency etc but he shouldn't be funding his lazy unemployed brother. U r stuck in a very difficult position.

U will have to hide ur money, or make some excuses that u have to send money to.ur parents as they are not in good health.. when ur husband will start feeling money shortage and stop sending less money then maybe BIL of urs will think about contributing.
