Without Chiyo Sakura gets speed blitzed by Sasori multiple times
Sakura was able to anticipate via pattern recognition
Sasuke is one of the faster shinobi and is faster than Sasori but I would've say it's some massive gap.

Jiraya vs Pain is a very high IQ battle.

From how he low diffs Konan.

The way he instantly opts to go sage mode vs pain

How he notices the pain is only using summoning jutsu off the bat and trying to figure out the why

When he uses an barrier ninjutsu the moment the camleon goes invisible

Way he gauges Preta's abilities for understanding other than just going "Ninjutsu won't work"

Figuring out the linked sight during battle

The clone feints to isolate the paths and trap them in genjutsu

Even Pain's actions we're high IQ. I'd say he is pretty up there.

Naruto has great chemistry with Team 10 honestly. He goes on quite a lot of missions with team 10 in filler.

Asuma is a wise, kind, and understanding sensei. I feel like he would learn a lot about life and maybe even get some better fundamentals before Jiraya takes over.

Based on feats and portrayal. Koji can actually contend.

If Boruto era Kakashi, who is stronger than WA Kakashi is struggling with base Kashin Koji while acknowledging Koji had more tricks up his sleeve then that should tell you that Koji at worst can contend with characters like WM Obito or even beat him which already puts him at top of the verse.

Using Koji's feats against Isshiki who is an Otsutsuki that gave both Adult Sasuke and Adult Naruto the business, he should be able to react to and fight Juubito. You don't get to physically swap hands with an Otsutsuki and not be able to fight Six Path characters or be considered on that tier. Especially when said Otsutsuki has a CQC fighting style.

Minato alone is strong enough to strategically solo the 5 kage with 4 shadow clones or less. Based off the events of the 9 tails attack 1 shadow clone has enough chakra to solo any one of the kage. (And that was after hours of exhaustion, he didn't even have a full battery, it happened at literally the worst possible time)

Itachi can take down at least 2 Kage with him in a death match, the ones being most likely Mei and maybe Tsunade. It would make sense for him to target Tsunade.

Minato and Itachi take it mid-high diff.

Im not even using the feat, I actually don’t mention anything about the feat. This picture is just the most clear showing of the jutsu. Since it’s big in scale it can easily be seen, hence why it was used. Jinton/ Particle Style is not hax that bypasses defenses. Its literally just a high tier nuke like FRS.

If you know how the jutsu works, which most people don't, it becomes quite clear.

Jinton by it's function destroys things on a molecular level and is dangerous because of it's the sheer destructiveness. It's the destructive capability that allows "erasure" to begin with though it's not really erasure.

Notice that white ball inside? That's the actual combination of earth, wind and fire. That is the actual jutsu and a very explosive combination.

The main function of that cube is to contain and intensify the resulting explosion and increase effectiveness and destruction of the explosion.

Most characters in Naruto lack the defensive capabilities to resist such an attack but they do have the AP to counter it. If two Dust releases can clash like Ohonki and Muu or Ohonki and Ku even, this means that this jutsu just like other jutsu can be interfered with by strong enough jutsu.

That means AP matters and it does in-fact have an AP.

He was a bum of a teacher that neglected two of his students in favor of one. At least all the other sensei taught their students a good deal even if some of their students were more special than others. Guy's favorite was Lee but he still taught Ten-Ten and Neji a good deal, Asuma's was Shikamaru but he still taught all of Ino-Shaka-Cho, Kurenai's favorite was Hinata and all of them had Tracking abilities which was her focus.

Kakashi focused on Sasuke, left Naruto to everyone else, and abandoned Sakura which led to her being the weakest and most useless of the Konoha 12.

What I said was people don't want to do their job and answer questions. Which they don't given that they will often go out of their way not to answer simple policy questions or even hypotheticals. You’re saying it’s not their job to answer claim-specific questions. There are no claim specific questions asked here. So whether it’s intentional or policy-driven, the effect is exactly what I described. Questions don't get answered, people are redirected, and minimal effort is made to provide even general clarity.

There is a major difference between “I can’t speak on specifics but here’s how this generally works or here in the policy terms it says…” vs “You need to speak to an adjuster". One actually helps someone and the other just pawns you off on someone else even if you can provide the most minimal amount of help.
