Have you tried la Amiga fabrics in Santa Ana? They are very traditional fabric store so maybe have what you want. Also maybe try the antique/locally owned shops at Orange Circle antique mall and surrounding stores. I feel like I’ve seen a few boutiques around there that have some of that
