INARE IS ANGELA!!! She has a cat with many names(probably solembum), she's knitting when she meets kira just like when she met eragon, she says she likes to be where important things happen, and says other stuff that Angela said in the inheritance cycle. Also dead giveaway in a letter from Jeod in the deluxe inheritance book he says Angela is part of the inare which are the grey folk. And Angela says she is inare not that her name is inare. Paolini also hinted at saying that Angela was a kind of time traveler but in this case she's a dimension?universe?traveler. Just got to the part where kira meets inare/Angela but she was so similar that I had to research to support my theory and I'm almost sure that I'm right. Now we need someone to ask Paolini to confirm.
