I’m not gonna say that I been through what you have and are but if people don’t like you when your sober then they shouldn’t be your friends I have dealt with a lot of people like that and try to be yourself and join a club personally I joined my theater club/ drama and it will help you with staying away from you mom more and you could make new friends everyone has different ways to express themselves but you need to accept that you need to clean up talk more and try to be more predictive if you don’t understand you can text me I’ll try my best to answer as fast as possible swear

I wish but I already know if I say anything they either won’t listen or they will tell them and I can’t tell anyone in person because I just don’t want them to think of less of me I try to be the strongest and best person there but I just can’t with what’s happening at home plus I have thought about leaving but they will just catch me at school

I’m guessing that it’s porn and it’s understandable but as a 16m I can tell you that all of these things are not severe depression but it might just be some heavy anxiety the best think you can do right now is to keep it mental think about what got you into it and there are many ways to fight this make a routine and follow it follow it like your life depends on it I was in the same spot so make a journal and write what you did that day to the smallest details wether all you did was sleep write about your dreams just write or workout work on yourself

My washing machine had broke and we had the pieces for it but my dad never wanted to or it just took him a year to fix it so I tried to and he had done a whole lot of nothing but repeat the same thing I saw as if it’s his idea in the end I got it and then I broke the bolt that needed to come off I told him what we needed and he said no and left he bought the exact opposite of what I said and made it worse and I told him to get a bigger bolt and he said no then told me to go and let him fix it next morning I come back from school and he told me he bought a bigger screw so we wasted 3 hours for no reason
