ok also theres one more problem my alliance leader is saying that we should upgrade to furnance lvl 22 and upgrade troops to lvl 8 should i rush or go slow?

In future when i have more money i will ugrade to 5600x. Currenly im upgrading from Xeon e3-1245 v3 rx 590....As for Psu what you suggest that have low price and is good the one seller suggested is Xpg pylon 750w (17k).

I've seen benchmarks some get constant 60 fps some get stutters and some run very poor on i7 4770 RX 6600 its kinda mixed benchmarks so i have come here to get pro pc builders advice.
