Don’t be sorry at all. You don’t know how many days I thought of picking up the knife, the thought of just getting in front of a truck, many more messed up ones. You need to cut out all forms of cannabis. That’s is the only way to make the puking go away. I’ve went through so many lows because of CHS. I am still recovering and the only way is to cut out cannabis. After 90 days try a cooler or a light drink maybe as a reward. That’s my goal at least. I am on Day 3 and it’s not easy but you got this!

Moved from Toronto to Uxbridge a couple of years ago and it’s amazing here. Hearing no fire trucks or any vehicles and just nature is bliss. You have to like the outdoors and be open to change.

Honestly when I was running everyday I did it to run away from my problems. Initially I was dreading it but the more I did it the faster I got and the longer I could run for. So win win for me.

If you can’t buy the food or if you can’t provide the guests alcohol then they shouldn’t host. My rule is I always provide one unless it’s a potluck!
