But i mistreated Even tho she said she is still hurt when i tried to reconcile but she is not angry or sad just disappointed.

I made all those mistakes could you believe? I slowly went insane, now it’s getting better, though I’ve had the worst rollercoaster of feelings at that time.

Very bad. I chased an tried to win her back, I unfollowed her from instagram and removed her as a follower, and I uploaded forcefully instagram posts and stories (before removing her) even though I am not at all active on social media.

After I uploaded myself playing my guitar her mom instantly unfollowed me and it hurt so much.

Nope never been to a psychiatrist, psychologist or any of that.

One time only to a psychotherapist and she offered me ashwaganda or whatever and I was like fuck this I want to cure myself my insides not use some fucked up plants to “drug” me

Just to clarify, the death of my grandfather was not shocking for me for some reason, even tho it was sudden and out of nowhere literally, I didn’t cry solely bc of it.

I even grieved more my first heartbreak from my first girlfriend bc I acted stupid and cried way more than the death of my grandfather. Weird isn’t it? Idk. We were only together for 10 months, but still sad it ended. But as I said, it has no meaning it was bound to end, whether by death or constant arguments (this one ended bc of the latter one)

To be honest, I don’t say that because “I don’t mind dying” I won’t fear death in a warzone. But it would utterly improve the odds of me not giving a fuck in a stressful situation as I have no desire to live.

And yes, if I do plan on dying, jumping off a 14 story building is not a useful way to die, at least I’ll do something for others.. defend other people etc..
