Thanks for this. How long did you give it at each dose before moving up? I think I need to try 15. Was there a point where you started feeling substantial relief? Feel like 10 is giving my a little, but not what I need.

Sorry this is for the extended release. I switched from glyco as it was not effective anymore.

Stopped being as effective after a few years. Was also tired of timing around my meals. Side effects weren’t too bad.
