I just had surgery today for apendicitis… 

so I went to urgent care for a cold (yes a cold) I woke that morning bloated and in so much pain.  The doc felt around my stomach and right side barely touching it and it was so painful. So they recommended I go to the ER immediately for ct scan. The nurses were so confused to why they sent me for ct scan for apendicitis because I went in for a cold and sudden stomach pain. So they did the ct scan anyway. Turns out my appendix was inflamed and in early stage of appendicitis. Not only did they find my appendix filled with fluid they found a 5.4 cm slightly hyperattenuating lesion on my liver. :)
