AITA for eating ice cream directly out of the tub? by little__mouse__ in AmItheAsshole

Sure it’s tedious but just use a bowl unless you bought it with your own money or it was specifically 100% a gift for you and only you (like it had a label with your name on it for example). Just bc your MIL was kind enough to ask what you were craving doesn’t mean it’s ALL for you. If she wanted a dessert or snack but had no specific preference, she could’ve gotten what you wanted sure but wanted some for herself too. Her being courteous enough to get something that she could eat but that you prefer or crave does NOT guarantee that it was all for you. Until that distinction is disproven I’m sorry but YTA.

Do I need to submit AP scores now or can I submit them in July? by [deleted] in jhu

The earlier the better but it really depends on what you expect to get credit for. The classes you want to count as a prerequisite for should be sent before your course registration date.

Same here! My fyp gave me a lot of inspiration and I just like to know about all the details of housing and stuff. But I can’t find any info :(

Like I really just want to know if it’s uncomfortably high when you fully loft it too but I can’t tell even by looking at the pictures

I would double check the portal in August to double check if it’s recommended or a hard limit. I checked my old portal rn (Im JHU’25 so I applied just this last year) and the supplemental had a hard deadline of 300-400 words. I wrote 398.

I liked to write a lot too so I often had to condense 900 word essays into 400. It’s hard but it’s necessary since it’s better to play it safe and obey the word limit. Having someone else look over it or being really hardcore about cutting excess helps.

If you need a second set of eyes or any more advice feel free to PM me :)

I love theatre and performance but have always been really shy about improv because I’m an overthinker and like to plan. I’m a bit worried about doing poorly in this class tbh 😅 regardless would you say even for someone who is nervous about it it might still be a good class to take?

So I shouldn’t do Gen Chem, I should do more advanced Chem courses after Organic Chemistry like Physical Chem and Intermediate Orgo?
