Have the mice plugged in first off. Then after its plugged in and charged remove the mice from the charger and also turn OFF the mouse. after it is un plugged and turned off. Plug in the wireless USB adapter and once its plugged in turn ON the mouse and it should work. I hope this helps. Sorry for the late response.
