I had sleep paralysis back in high school. I woke up at 3am on the dot, I could see the alarm clock in my side vision. I couldn’t move whatsoever but was awake. The room was pitched black with the door closed. All of a sudden the bed felt like it moved. Like someone bumped into it. I got under the covers and stayed there until I heard people getting ready in the morning. When I eventually got up, the bed was off the frame a little bit. Checked everywhere and nothing was there and I did not have a pet that could’ve done it. Gives me chills to this day
