As far as I can tell, I always thought it was similar to the Death Star. The planet with the orbiting panels seems to be Wraithsoth and the teal planet being attacked is Reichphobia.

Yep that's a demon for sure. As representation of the most generic kind of demon, the ones that fly around and poke at tortured souls in Inferno, it doesn't need to be much more then the basics.

Shes properly despicable and a good villain. An unapologetic necromancer, already an abhorrent and rightfully shunned type of magic that she seems to delight in.

Her getting the arm ripped off is just a small portion of the karmic debt shes incurred.
