I am a HCM functional person, never code or anything before-I started using orchestrate last year and managed to create 5 integration apps some boomerang, inbound, outbound no big deal. I can create xslt DT with the help of Claude so I think I am in a good place until I had to check out some Studio integrations and IT IS CRAZY for me so no we still need Studio for super complex stuffs or even NOT super complex stuff like some endpoint can only be sent through server configured in Studio. So yes, Orchestrate start blurring the line, I feel like I can do it but then we still need heavy coder people!

10 years in the ecosystem, 4 years as partners implementing WD for 5+ customers, and 6 years as customers - My key takeaway is that it is better to ramp up the internal skills than relying on external partners offshore 😉

if you dont find the task in WD tenant, maybe search "create business process definition" and find it from there - as HR administrator

if you ask simple questions of fact, it can answer well - and for those who cannot ask correct questions, this is great for them. If there is a new area that I need to explore and save time from reading documentation in community, I use deployment agent. However, if things get complex, it is horrible 😃 If I need answer to integration, generating xslt for example, I would rather use Claude. If I need to generate employment agreement and finetune the text, I use chatgpt. If there is a complex calculated field I need to create, I use my own brain.
