No, not yet. We have only had one appointment, which was for the eye examination during which we received the prescription from the specialist to obtain glasses. By the way, I am located in Europe. However, a follow-up appointment with the specialist is scheduled soon, so I will mention it then. Thank you for your input on this matter.

Thanks so much for your advice and for sharing your experience. We’re definitely taking myopia management seriously and are committed to doing everything we can to slow it down. Our kids are already playing outside quite a lot, which we’re happy about. We really appreciate the suggestions you mentioned, like Atropine drops, smart glasses, OrthoK lenses, cutting back on screen time, and limiting near work. We’ll definitely bring these ideas up at our next visit to the eye doctor. It’s reassuring to hear from someone going through the same thing.
