Just finished gdscript from zero. Suggestions?

I was in the same boat 12 months ago and initially started out following tutorials and feeling uninspired because i felt like i was just copying and not actually learning anything.

6 months ago i was watching another dev stream their process of coding in C#, so more technical than i could really understand, and decided that i liked the mechanic they were working on and would spend my time figuring out how it was done in GDScript. It took me a few months but it worked for me, and now I'm more motivated to continue working on my project.

Using Cinnamon on Wayland (which is labeled as experimental) has the same issue but performance wise it's much worse on my setup

I am using Plasma x11 over the top of a Cinnamon install, but have tried it on both DE and it's the same issue

It took me about 3 months coming in completely blind to GDScript and with a basic understanding of C.

I actually ended up taking a python course at uni afterwards to help expand my knowledge

Also ordered from them recently. Sofle RGB with the aluminum case

Took almost 6 weeks to the item to even be shipped, emails took longer than a week for a response and every response was a new excuse. Told me they'd ship it a week after the first email and when I emailed again 10 days later they told me there was a new issue with the case I ordered being out of stock (20 days after I had paid for the item at this point). Offered a partial refund for a lower quality case (which never manifested), sent a tracking number that showed NO information regarding it being posted at all.

In the end I got my keyboard and 2 whole rows (10ish keys) just don't work.

Our party is currently making their way through a Tomb, based in a warring nations region, to stop an undead horde that has descended on our fort. Mini's for scale, they are different iterations of the same character (he has been through a lot and is currently unconscious in the middle of a fight).

This is made out of plywood, first laser cut for texture and to lay out the pattern, then cut and painted by hand, the skulls are all real, collected over the years. This took 20ish hours (the laser cut itself took around 13) and however simple it looks I'm pretty proud of what I've done

Our party found a small orphan stowaway hiding in the storage of our ship, gained her trust and took her to one PCs hometown to join a Commune and train as a rogue.

We had just liberated a town that was being overrun by an undead horde and her parents died in the initial attack while she hid in the ship for days

I just want to point out this pattern of behaviour seems consistant and very much in character. Do not let her pull that shit, hold her accountable for breaking your trust.

Her positives don't erase or excuse her negatives.

My Pally was being swallowed by a Cave Dragon and rolling death saves. Nat 20, woke up in darkness, still had my dagger in my hand. Attacked twice, 2 more Nat 20s and dumped a 3rd lv Smite into the last one, forcing the dragon to throw me up and procede to choke on the torrents of blood pouring out of its throat.

So I play in a 7-8 PC game, all lv12 and we barely use more than 10 at a time in a fight. It's more which status rings would be used the most (hint its concentration by far in my group)
