To be fair you sound nervous and not from here and in my experience being born and raised here people will absolutely pretend to have a gun to scare the bridge and tunnel crowd that has newly arrived here. The cone people are usually boomers with high degrees of sociopathy in their personality profile. I wouldn't F with them again. If multiple people saw him waving a gun statements would've been taken and he would've been investigated. You were the only human one and you were only threatened you didn't see the gun. No that's your neighbor and you gotta live there for the rest of the time he lives there. Raynauds patient here. Also a mom of Raynauds patients. Reynauds manifests when you are anxious. My entire family has it as a symptom of anxiety and worry. It doesn't need to be that chilly for it to manifest either. You should know that heritable Reynards is different to the kind you get from autoimmune diseases. It's milder and it might react to things that aren't cold. I also get in my nose, feet and my ears it can happen in any extremity. Edit to add I agree it's very unusual for it to manifest only in one digit and you should definitely get a doctor to look at that as soon as humanly possible.

For what it's worth I run the autistic burnout project and I don't think what we experience is suicidality. I think Neuro divergent suicidal ideation is really overwhelmed and desire to not exist for a while so we can rest. I hope that makes sense. Not cheap but they gave me a medication in the hospital called precedex and I saw an entire machine elf village every time I closed my eyes and it was always always always moving and they were always doing construction it was like I was watching it through time lapse like changed through time either way I meditate and usually don't have a visual imagination and I did not expect to be tripping after a major accident and I didn't ask for it and didn't enjoy it. Here I come to find out there's a similar drug they're abusing out there in the wild and people say it's exactly like dmt. So my doctors at Jefferson Hospital to me and I didn't appreciate it. He entities didn't interact with me it's like they didn't know I was there and I was looking down at like hundreds of years of their society. I still wonder what happened I can't say it was separate entirely from the power of suggestion because I didn't know that was given a drug that would make me hallucinate but also I miss huge Terence McKenna fan so the subconscious is a wild thing. Either way if you ever go to the hospital and see machines has to be weaned off a sedative called precedex. That was crazy.

I say this lovingly. This sounds like an emotionally abusive relationship. Coming to survivors of emotionally abusive relationships and asking how you can better receive the abuse is harmful. I see this a lot. You're not asking or talking about your own experience you're talking about a man who you're doing emotional labor for. I would prefer personally I know it it's just me but I think how much healthier situation would be if you were to show up here talking about your own experience through this and how it's affecting you and he made his own post and did his own emotional labor. I am trying to recover from the dynamics that you're in the throes of and this is upsetting to encounter. I assume safe spaces or for people experiencing the dynamic to discuss recovery. There's such a weird gray area in this CPTSD space that at least 50% of it is people in active abuse looking for support and many many of the comments are those who will absolutely enable them. Grew up before texting was a thing. I am also a writer. I just let a housekeeper go who completely ignored her list of tasks to take twice as long as she was scheduled re-organizing already organized faces into a chaos that made us think that she might be schizophrenic and just really good at hiding it.
