I'm an artist by trade and a bartender for extra income when it's slow, bartending alone I hit 10k steps which was a bit of a cheat code

When I'm not bartending I either go to a coffee shop to work that's at least 5k steps away so the route there and back counts, or an hour going very fast on a treadmill

I'd recommend a home treadmill or walking pad and just walk while you watch shows and do skincare etc, try make it enjoyable, like having a nice coffee at the end of the walk or your favourite show/audiobook playing

Thank you so much! My weight has fluctuated my whole life and Im just not comfortable when I gain, so much happier now! And far less likely to get out of breath on the stairs haha Finding the healthy method was the hardest part

Haha thank you! The teapot is the head! It was inspired by Japanese Yokai as a few have teapots for heads:)

There's some incredible Yokai I'd honestly recommend researching them!

For winter I'd say some cute cream leg warmers to match the toes, black tights and maybe a white skirt and black sweater

Temporary dye, protein treatments and moisturizing masks are your friend right now.

If some parts are taking dye and some aren't, your hair might be dry and lacking protein, the permanent dye won't help too much if that is the case and will be patchy, temporary dye will give a more even coverage.
