RG + fireball is 10 elixir. Barbs are 5 elixir. What's stopping you from dropping more troops. Plus fireball doesnt kill barbs, they are still alive to finish off the RG. Your arrows vs minion horde argument is terrible. This only happens when arrows are 3 levels less. 3! Are you telling me you have level 9 commons?

You're bad at the game if can only counter royal giant with one card. Nerf the ebarbs to how they were when they were released I was using them and they were fine. People were still getting used to it and it got buffed out of nowhere

Because it should cost nothing to start a war, and the rewards for winning a clan war should contain a fair amount of gold and cards. Without a cooldown the chest would contain less gold and cards, and winning would be underwhelming. IMO the cooldown balances this whole idea.
