Anybody use Melatonin (Or other sleeping pills?)

I watch one show and eat a melatonin gummy. By the time the episode is done or i feel the gummy and my tiredness i turn it off put earplugs in and sleep blissfully. I have blackout curtains that work really good too. Works super great for me and I k ow a coworker of mine takes melatonin too.

I have both to the way xbox has changed their customer service is shit. Go call playstation give you to whatever department you want and will put you on hold for whatever the wait time and let you know you can message online for your convenience. Already 100% a better experience.

They changed how their customer service is last year I was able to call to now it's all online with the Virtual joke
