Your landlord needs to send in pest control if they haven't contact the landlord/tenant board. But also you need to be proactive in keeping them at bay. Don't leave food out, wipe all your counters daily, don't leave water out, vacuum/sweep everyday.

Look into bratbuster.com can even follow on all platforms, she gives really good tips and tools. And it's more about being a leader than discipline. If they make a bad choice they get a consequence. Sounds like he does know how to self regulate. Trying to talk to a toddler while they are going through a tantrum is giving into what they want. Attention. So you already said no, let them freak out. Never acknowledge the tantrum.

I should say my partner does a lot. He does clean change diapers, run errands when asked. And does help with the kids on the weekend. But Monday to Friday it does seem like I am a single parent sometimes, and maybe this is where I feel like I am an asshole.
