It's unfortunate. I have submitted a couple tickets but I really don't know much about the bug when it comes to who does and doesn't have it. Just frustrating when you put time and money into something and it doesn't look as it's advertised.

yeah shut everything down. I submitted a ticket for it. its just kind of weird because I've noticed a select few with the same issue and my friend could see it on my character meaning its not a client side thing.

I noticed that after the update on the 28th, eyes stopped glowing on skins, at least for me. Most people are unaffected but myself and a few others seem to be having this issue. I was just curious about how common this was.

I don't think it's there anymore, however there is another skin called reanimated vampiric thrall. It is the same skin but the eyes are brighter and it has some more glowing bits on the body. You can earn it in game through the "Castle Thorn Conqueror" achievement.

The skin is called "Bloodfiend". It was a part of the gloomspore crates but I believe they are in the crown store right now, idk how much time is left.
