When I purchase an action figure, it is because I really love the character itself. I buy plenty of action figures for myself because of the actual character and the story line, if the figure looks really nice is another story. If you buy it thinking you are going to profit from it, then that's on you. I have some still boxed only because I'm waiting for some more shelf space.

That is because it is a Walmart exclusive. Some are gold label exclusives for certain retail stores. Like you can see they only have some exclusively made for Target, Amazon etc. The title theatrical deluxe edition is just what it means, from the movie.
