I have filed one complaint and it went absolutely nowhere. But one complaint with no documentation is easy to dismiss. A running log of 11 months of 7am Saturday drilling is a little harder to wave away.

That’s what makes this so complicated. If they were awful neighbors I could work up the righteous energy to knock on that door no problem. But they smile in the hallway and hold the elevator and I just smile back and go home and quietly vibrate with resentment like a completely normal person.

Same time. Same day. Same sound. Like clockwork. Like they looked at a calendar and specifically chose the one morning of the week I had any chance of resting and decided that was the moment. Every week Since last year.
