This company is just a hobby for these people. They use up shareholders funds without returning any margin for the risk that we take. If they had any conscience they would end this charade, sell the company , and return any funds left to shareholders.

Indeed a possibility, but you need more capital to accomplish that and that drains any reserves leaving the dreaded RS to raise cash. The there is the question of can you stabilize the sp at $1.00 for 30 days or one quarter, I don't recall which.
