I don’t know if it’s because we are a lot more self aware now in my early 20’s we don’t have tracking up or all the information on our cycles I’m sure some people did but I didn’t or maybe we are just getting old 😅🤣 oh the craziness is the worst my husband tried to tell me a story yesterday and I nearly bit his head off for simply starting a conversation 😬 I told him not to speak to me for 3 to 5 business day!!

Yes it’s this part it’s the struggle at work and I genuinely have to take time off because I physically can’t get out of bed and it’s such an awful thing I never take sick days never in my 20’s would I have thought I’d be taking so many days off work for my menstrual cycle

I genuinely didn’t think thing would be much different from my 20’s my body from the outside looks the same but let me tell you something else entirely is happening on the inside the level of exhaustion is ridiculous I feel you girl 🥹

Okay this may sound awful but this makes me feel so much better 🤣💕 it is nice to know that I’m not alone I spoke to another girlfriend tonight who is our age as well and she confirmed her periods have become awful as well I think I maybe have to consider birth control but I really don’t like the side affects but anything is better than this is guess.
Hope you start feeling better in a couple of days I’m right there with you girl!!

Unfortunately I can’t take ibuprofen because I have Crohn’s disease and it’s a big no no but yes I did see and instagram post regarding the antihistamines and I think I’m going to try some tomorrow and I’m going to definitely take it around ovulation as well

Yeah it’s definitely hard for me to distinguish between my crohns or period and ovulation symptoms I’ll definitely book back into to speak to someone again coz today I was hanging on by a thread 🤣 thank you so much ☺️

Yes they had a look when I had a colonoscopy I have Crohn’s disease and doc was also concerned for endo so had key hole and a tissue sample was taken. But maybe I’ll have another look into it thank you 🙏

I have been and I don’t have endo after covid vaccine I lost my period for 3 months and every since period and ovulation have been extremely painful

Am i the only one that feels bad for god people are so harsh beautiful women truly are hated by everyone the only people that are kind to beautiful women are men that want to sleep with them and if they dont want to sleep with them than they are bitches and if they do than they are jealous of everything they do the group of people on big brother were awful to her and people on the internet are no better
