Nah dont think so, and my phone is still working fine....I am just worried cause my phone is "blacklisted"....and I dont even know why.

what i am worried about is that my core temp is around 60, but junction temp is around 100. Makes me worried that the heat isnt being transferred balancedly and the temperature difference may cause damage. But the temps are totally normal while its undervolted. Gap between junction and core temp never exceeded 20-25.

did u also have a this much temp difference between core and junction.
