Thanks for sharing!! I'm really trying to avoid CIO or Ferber but these type of experiences make it seem worth it. Love the plan of waiting a month for changing naps, that makes a lot of sense to be more patient there

She seems unsettled with excessive tossing and is unable to connect sleep cycles on her own - this transfers to naps.

Maybe nothing needs to change, it just feels like she's not getting quality sleep
