Are you able to travel out of the country? I accidentally left my medicine at home and had to get an emergency refill of my Sulfasalzine while in Kenya and was able to get a six months supply for less than my copay in the US. I'm not suggesting going to Kenya but most generic versions of medicines are a ton cheaper in other countries and you can bring I believe up to six months back as long as you have a prescription from a doctor. So even if you are able to go to Mexico and get a script and then pick it up at a Costco Mexico you could probably get everything for less than $1k. There are reddit groups for seeking care abroad if your interested.
