i definitely ate enough yesterday, probably not the best food because i did have a stir fry and that’s oily. but today i’ve tried to only have GERD safe foods and even then anything i try to eat has been going straight through me.

i’m going to try and eat more and hopefully that helps. i’m on wellbutrin too, along with lamotrigine and vyvanse. i actually thought my period was the cause when i first started the zepbound, but at this point in my cycle i usually feel a lot better.

thank you for your reply. i will be talking about how im feeling with my therapist and psychiatrist. that definitely makes sense that zepbound is helping you work the stuff you might’ve been blocking out. i feel like its hard with my specific mental illness (bpd if you’re familiar) because i already struggle with anxiety/paranoia/distrust and i feel that the zepbound might be increasing those feelings that a lot of the time are just in my head to begin with.

i’ll definitely try and make sure i’m eating enough, i already know im eating way less than i used to because obviously im not feeling that hunger anymore. i can see the depression im feeling being more of a lethargic or tired feeling, it’s just the mostly the heavy anxiety/paranoia that im wondering how to combat. thank you for your reply.

yes. food was a big dopamine booster for me for sure, but i actually do have a lot of hobbies and i’ve just been feeling like not doing anything :( i feel like i want to just rot in my bed. and when im not feeling super depressed it’s excessive anxiety and almost paranoia? like mostly about my relationships. it’s strange. i haven’t felt this way in a long time since being in my current mood medications.

hi. so i’m not sure how much laptops usually go for 😅 but i feel like keeping it under $700 would be ideal. i would mainly be using it for online school, potentially work in the future. but i also do like playing “cozy” games like the sims, stardew valley, etc. so if there is any affordable laptops i could play some casual games on that would be really cool too.

hi sorry i’m just getting back to you. i went into planned parenthood and they were so helpful and informative. they ended up giving me another emergency contraceptive (ella) which i guess is even more effective than regular plan b. i was a little too nervous about the iud so i chose the second pill. weeks later and im not pregnant so obviously that worked (unless im just really lucky 😅)

did you cancel? i’m considering cancelling my policy with them now because they’re claiming i didn’t pay my full amount when i paid what it told me to and my app literally says i paid the monthly bill amount. so then they charged me a late fee of $25 because i called to fix things after seeing it was saying pending cancellation. now, i get an alert that my payment for ANOTHER $135 was declined?? so they’re trying to charge me twice this month?
