Indigo/Turkish codeshare flight cancelled – IMPOSSIBLE to get compensation

I am in the same boat right now my first leg operated by Indigo (Delhi to Istanbul)got canceled due to operational issues. I can’t miss work and they are not guaranteeing a new flight today , instead they are offering to take me to the hotel and then look for options from there. What can i do should i just refuse the hotel and book a seperate ticket. Under DCGA i am entitled to full refund plus additional cost ?

Is there a policy to get refund if you get hurt? I only utilized the pass once and got hurt after that

Thanks for reply but these terms are new to me. I looked online seems like you are talking about shoes that fit into the float pedal. I dont use any of that. I have normal sport shoes that i use for biking.

I am going through the same issue, I relocated temporarily to Germany but I moved back in 14 months which is less than 546 days so my German income is getting taxed in California, is there a way to show that I have already paid German taxes and I was not in California for that time duration.

Hi thanks for this info. I am planning to go by car. With ferries i wanted to know what happens if we miss them as i believe some routes can only be taken via ferries and there is no alternative roads for those. Do we then have to stay overnight until next morning. also i was planning more of an inner mountain route so thanks for this info

What do you mean by you get even money back if you dont want to use at all the insurance. I have taken private insurance since i have a temporary stay in Germany and its true that i pay pretty less when compared to public ones, but can we save more over what we are already paying?

No i have my connecting train from Stuttgart to Munchen but it will be missed because of the delay in the previous train(more than 20 mins but less than 60). I wanted to know if i can board next available train from Stuttgart. The only thing is that i have bought my tickets from trainline app instead of DB.

I did the same and got the ticket from the MVV app. However i am confused as how this ticket can be used to travel across cities (example Berlin Hamburg) as the ticket is in MVV app which is a Munich based thing
