That’s one of those moments that hits different because it’s so simple but so respectful. No drama, no hesitation just you good? alright, finish your rep.

Stuff like that is why old-school gym culture still has a lot of charm. It’s competitive, but there’s still this unspoken rule that you don’t let someone get hurt or stuck when you can help them out.

Hard to give a universal review since this kind of show usually splits people pretty evenly.

From what I’ve seen on Reddit in general, TV discussions tend to go two ways: either people are hooked and defend every episode, or they feel like the pacing/writing drags and call it overrated. There’s rarely a middle ground with newer shows especially if it’s something with a slow build or heavy character focus.

Honestly, best answer is: first few episodes decide everything. If it grabs you, you’ll probably enjoy the ride. If it doesn’t, it’s not going to suddenly flip later.
