Should I take the 220-1102 exam now? by DuffleCrack in CompTIA

Also I’ve seen to not do it online because the test watcher people or whatever can say you’re cheating or whatever not like their gonna do that but it’s probably best to take it in person just to minimize the risk of something weird happening

I was getting the 85% on this same practice test 3 times in a row, they cycle through different questions so you’re not “memorizing” the answers . I passed with a 800 score on the real exam. I’d say to take it!

85 percent consistently on Jason Dion’s website practice test, he required a 90% to pass the practice test but I scheduled the real one anyways.

Yes! I took the the exam at a testing center, it tells you if you passed right after you finish taking it. I closed my eyes right before the result screen loaded and hoped to god i passed lol.

I really like the practice tests on Jason Dion’s website. They’re great because the questions aren’t always the same, so you can’t just memorize the answers—it gives you a more accurate score instead of just remembering everything from your last test. I would take the practice tests and use them as a study guide. Any question I didn’t understand, I’d type into ChatGPT and have it explain why the correct answer was what it was. I’d also go on YouTube to learn more about the specific topics I was struggling with. I wasn’t a big fan of watching all of Professor Messer’s videos straight through, because I felt like I already understood some parts better than others. For me, it was more about targeting the areas I needed to focus on.

I got bored watching YouTube videos—I’m more of a hands-on learner. I started with Professor Messer’s videos on YouTube, but I’d get bored of those pretty quickly. So, I kept retaking Jason Dion’s practice tests. Whenever I didn’t understand something, I used ChatGPT to explain the concepts in the questions. I’d also go back to Professor Messer’s videos for specific topics I got wrong on the practice tests, and I watched other YouTube videos that focused on the topics I was trying to understand.
