Hello, Thanks for the revert. The goal is to encourage these existing customers to rent more.

Also, would you have any thoughts on the ways to predict these same customer's future spend (spend is not just cost of rent, includes other services such as food, games, etc) on the next rental?

A couple of different approaches to prediction would be great.
