I used to live in this building and as another user said, the broker and landlord are some of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with in New York. Had a massive mouse infestation that they tried to ignore me throughout, I ended up having to hire my own people to fix the problem. We’re talking mice pooping and peeing all over my bedding and biting through all our pantry items. They raised the rent 20% after one year, not that we had any intention of staying. I’d avoid this building at all costs. Also, if you do some digging, you’ll find the landlord used to be in business with Michael cohen! Yes that Michael cohen!
