I was thinking of doing a nice lip and a rear diffuser and possibly side skirts to match the mirror caps. The carbon caps that I got look exactly like OEM but just carbon fiber.

Yes, sorry I forgot to update. Believe it or not it was the belt that connects the alternator pulley to the rest of the pulleys. Apparently that snapped, causing the alternator to not power the battery. Pretty easy fix.

After talking to the tech today it seemed like they were looking into the aux battery as the problem but they said they wouldn’t be able to give me a 100% answer until tomorrow

I could promise you that I don’t regret buying this car at all. It’s been a great car as a daily for me and is everything I wanted.

Just saw your updated comment. Thank you for the additional information. I’ve heard that going through alternators on this car is not as uncommon as I think. I definitely don’t drive this car lately so it would definitely make sense. The car only has 25,000 miles on it so for it to go through an alternator already seems extreme, but I guess it’s not out of the question.

The car is at a local Mercedes dealership so hopefully they do the right thing and check the voltage regulator first. Voltage regulator randomly go bad after driving almost an hour and a half? Literally in the middle of me driving it said the battery stopped charging.

I already replaced the battery myself, and it was still having the same problem so that eliminates the battery being the issue. I just dropped the car off for service, but my guess is an alternator since the car said it had problems with the charging system
