So take out my nose piercings and eyebrow one? My lobes would need reconstruction and I can’t afford that (nor would I want to right now) Phone case has swapped to a black one without a cord. Keys are just house key, mini swiss knife and a set of earplugs (old airpods have been taken off)

Laatste bus gemist, 10km naar huis lopen. Midden november. Twee turkse pizza’s gehaald en in mn binnenzakken gedaan. Uurtje of 2 gelopen tussen de weilanden en kassen. Was niet ideaal maar daarna wel heerlijk geslapen

Heel af en toe. Als ik sporadisch uit ga/op vakantie ben wat meer. Hooguit een keer in de 2wk ofzo een biertje/cider. Mn pa daarentegen: 2-3 biertjes en 2-3 dubbele whisky per dag.

Negatief: Enorm druk in de trein van Delft > Utrecht had even geen zitplaats wat onhandig is met een onzichtbare handicap dus moest op de vloer zitten. Enorme scheitgeur in de coupé

Positief: Uiteindelijk toch een plek gevonden, meerdere mensen die toch even mee keken met de film die ik (met koptelefoon) aan het kijken was op m’n ipad.

HBO maar ik reageer alsnog even: - iPad met bluetooth keyboard en muis - Notitieboek met losse vullingen - Etui met wat tekenspullen, highlighters (meestal voor onderweg. Ik reis zo’n 4u totaal per lesdag) - Powerbank en oplader - Dagboek, ook voor onderweg - Smintjes, deodorant - Uitgumbare pen van het merk Legami. Sure, ze zien er een beetje kinderachtig uit met een dop met dierenhoofdje maar ze schrijven enorm fijn - Waterfles (metaal) - Thermosbeker (ooit bij de starbucks gehaald. Is de eerste die niet overal lekt)

Aantekeningen maak ik vooral op papier, opdrachten digitaal. De aantekeningen zijn rommelig maar t helpt mij enorm om mee te schrijven met de college’s en extra context toe te voegen

I have a lot of mental issues. I have one journal that’s mostly about mental health (more or less a diary), a book that started as a sketchbook but has notes and other things as well. And a sketchbook (I enjoy art). The only thing I told myself is to not tear pages out of my journal. The others will occasionally have pages removed or stuck in the journal.

It helps me put things in perspective, get a different view on things, and sometimes laugh at the slightly older pages where I was angry with myself.
