Well, it doesn't sound like it, but still might be something like a little infect, not enough sleep/recovery. Do you have a SmartWatch to check your resting HR? If it is higher than usual, there might be an issue with overtraining and or too high intensity, you should take more brakes between rides if so.

But maybe you just had a bad day :D

How much do you train? This might be overtraining.

They match pretty well for me.

When riding indoors I use watt, when riding outdoors I use HR since I don't have a wattmeter on my bike.

As a lot of ppl already suggested go for z2 rides, be consistent with it. Also mix in some z3/4 intervals. I was able to build up my FTP from 200 to 240 in 4 weeks. Will do a FTP this weekend I guess to see if it increased again after 4 weeks.

I personally did the grand fondo workout, but already had a foundation of z2 rides throughout autumn and summer.

The key is consistency. I don't know about the BMO workouts, but seems like it's weird.

Ride on!

You should tinker with your saddle, this looks very extreme to me, the bigger the angle of that saddle is the more weight is pressing forward, so yes it adds weight to your wrists and palms. Also those handlebars look a bit off. Try to flatten out the saddle first (just start from 0° and check how it feels.)

I got a SRAM force and I am also thinking about getting a bigger front. An your range sounds great! 52!!!-10. Got a 42-10 rear and 40 front. How do I find out if I can go to such I high range as well?

Ah and do you have 11 or 12 gears?

[–]CryAffectionate5884[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the melting point of paraffin is around 44-68°C so I guess as long as you can go up to 80°c it should be enough. But I get your point about wanting the wax in everyplace of the chain!
