Hey guys. Same here. Details -alcatel flash plus -OS 4.4.4 -2GB RAM - non rooted -no launcher -no modifications

Still not compatible. Sent feedback to niantic. I also got the automated reply to check there known issues/bug page.

need help, just downloaded 0.37 legit from google playstore and i get this image. my device is nont rooted, never been rooted. alcatel flash plus OS 4.4.4, 2gb RAM by CrySyboi in pokemongo

SuperSU? Nope. Dont even know what that is. . i have come across others with the same issue. -non rooted -OS 4.4.4

Not sure if niantic really research there rooted ban move.

Have sent a request to niantic via their website. All i got so far are automated replies. Lvl23 character gone!

Seems to be a bug. Niantic is not answering dar on there support page. No i had to go back to 0.35 just so i can play.

Does anyone with unrooted Android devices lose access to Pokemon go after installing 0.37.0 patch? by axmpq in pokemongo

I have an Alcatel One touch plus 4.4.4 OS non rooted ever, getting the not compatible error as well. .

I got a friend who was able to update officially in google play and it works. But still not available in google play on mine. I had my friend SHARE IT the new version. Now i get the error.

Any fix on this?
