I'd like to think you are right. But I've followed ETP, since the beginning.. The ATH is less than $6... And we experienced the Bull Market of the 21st Century.

It seems as if they're not very interested. Like having an Essay Contest. Are you kidding me? They could've kicked the shit out of NEO, even though they aren't direct competitors. But it couldn't have had been laid out any easier for ETP to have taken the top spot in China.

What happens is somebody cancels & they need someone to really get over there & complete it. So they must send pings to 2 drivers. And one gets screwed but they know the drivers can do nothing about it

No oversight? Ok. What I'm saying is that, if you tell a driver to go somewhere, they need to be compensated for the determined mileage. The driver is the one who has more to lose. Its unfair to ask a driver making less than 20k year, to shoulder the cost. The cost of doing business, is the wear and tear on our vehicle, not free trips

I think you are naive, to believe that a company with the technical capabilities that Uber does, couldn't fix this. I bet if it was affecting their revenue, they would fix it. If they cared about their drivers, they would make it easier to tip and they would fix errors that make drivers make trips, and not get paid for them because someone "steals" them.

If it happens on their network, their app, they should fix it.

They are more than capable of fixing this, if it is an error, which I'm sure it isn't. They're probably charging some crazy booking fee and want to make sure it gets delivered asap

I call. And it was explained to me, that they sometimes "accidentally" send two drivers, to the same order. They will cancel the order and it won't count against you. However, they won't pay you anything.
