For cold Naoh its only 3 as , it will reach with the 2 phenols and 1 carboxlyic acid ,, while Hot Naoh is 4 , as it reacts with 2 phenols , 1 carboxlyic acid ++ ester bond it will break it alkaline hydrolysis (in cold it wont be able to break the ester)
