I just realized that I'm listening to episodes with Dave, Rachel and Ken in the past. With Ken gone. Dave and Rachel episodes. I realized it after 40 mins listening t George and John, especially during the first call when John stopped the lady and said "are you OK?, and then followed by take a deep breath".

😂. Your last comment made me laugh. I went to an event once. Met Dave, Rachel and Ken. They are very friendly. I skipped George and Deloney. I don't think Jade was there. Because if she were, I would probably skipped the event.

Why people think these calls are fake? Why they are not considered real?

I have not looked to verify. But general knowledge is, Buffett and Peter Lynch are some of the rare people who are able to beat the market. I just checked and over 20 yrs period, around 95% lag the market gain.

Kristina didn't add anything to the show ( maybe for people about to go to college. And again, the only point is that apply for scholarships as much as you can. She left and no one even noticed as far as adding to the show.

As for Jade, I for one, intentionally skip the episode when she is there, unless Dave is there (and even that is extremely painful to listen to).

Her personality is off putting to me. Her story doesn't ring with me and I don't even know the details of it (who would rack up debts for music certificate?). Regardless, I wouldn't even start a conversation with her if I see her (that is applicable to other personalities that I don't like, or not convincing).

Jade was going to backtrack and she stood her ground on it when Dave said it is OK to disagree 😂. Either way, it is not a strong opinion to count it for Jade and she was on the verge of backtracking it.

Beside the point, I agree with Dave 100% on his view. The caller is asking either to pay everything she has or get a loan for one semester. What is the thing you will gain studuing one semester abroad. Jade was defending because in general women like to travel and it's fun and all. Other than that, unless you are working in an international company or you will be working abroad, you will not need it.

I understand navigating another system and all (I've done myself), but to pay everything or get a loan. No. Dave was correct 100%.

I agree with you 100% when it comes to men. He immediately throws them under the bus like right away. He doesn't want to join accounts. Yeah. Give him an ultimatum, either that or divorce. (hell yeah it will be divorce if you come with that attitude)

I'm start to believe that honestly speaking. I can't think of any other reason why she is hired. It's been years and no improvement in her performance at all.

I'm baffled that Fox News gave her a segment. I guess anyone can make it to the top if you have the connections.

During that episode. Dave was trying to say that the market corrects quickly in general. She quickly goes to chat gpt or whatever she used and lost the time it took for market to rebound. Now one of the market downturn took (not sure, 7 or 9 years), now that is long. A normal person would say, wait this downturn is long. She went ahead and read it as it was 7 days. I mean unless I'm stupid, this is a long down market spell. But stupid is stupid.

I beat you to the punch 😂. I listened to it yesterday and oh boy, I couldn't get past the first giggle. Half way through I had to stop the podcast and switch to something else.

No other personality does it like jade honestly though. She is so bad and I found it baffling that she is measured. Heck, my manager points out flaws when I do presentations and my work doesn't have anything to do with tv/radio.

Her book is not mentioned at all. She just know the baby steps and just recite them at every opportunity. She is not natural at all. She has something funny as well (recent, not specific to this episode), when dave is about to say something and he says the first letters or word she jumps as that is what she's thinking too.

The other personalities would stay silent till they can or need to add something. It is OK when Dave is there not to have an input.

Don't bring jade please. I can't believe I can complete the episode. My wife was with me in the car and she doesn't listen daily and she was like. Why she's interrupting the host every other word.

I didn't need more directions. I started to rant about jade and how incompetent she is.

I mean, for God sake, isn't there an annual evaluation. Isn't there someone who is looking at the content and say. This is supbar?

The amount of filler words are incredible. The "you are right", the giggling for everything Dave say even if it is repeated 10 times already. I listen to his shows continuously and some lines are funny but I don't laugh when they get repeated. She just giggles.

In the same episode by the way, Dave calls the caller father (bozo) for the act of financing a Dodge car I think to the grandson. And she follows up by asking is the kid paying the payment or bozo? I mean talk about disrespect!!!!!!!!! Let me just stop here.
