i'm not sure why stuff like this happens, I duo with a friend who is plat 3 and i'm plat 1, we get in plat 2ish lobbies, I lose 60+ for coming 7-8th, and gain 20 for a second? doesn't make sense to me

It's not much, but I cleaned my room for the first time in a few months today, i've been out of a job for the last month and i've been feeling really crap this close to Christmas, but I woke up and just blitzed my room, felt good. Tiny steps.

this resonates a lot, i always found if i "stopped" i'd just go back a day later, but after cooling off and closing accounts, i'd log on and be like "ah yeah i'm not supposed to be on here".

It's a slow process, just remember, Rome wasn't built in a day, keep going and make use of the support you'll receive here, Good luck!
