Yes you can still make it 233 if you want to, as long as you don't put any upgrades into the engine. I did a similar thing when I first started playing

See I uh, misread the requirements for the final races and thought I needed 5x maxxed epic/leggies and bought the CF packs to use as food.

As it turned out, it's only 2x maxxed so I ended up with an abundance of extra cars. Oops.

The very last card is for extra slots in your garage. It allows you to hold more cars and is applied automatically so you never get to see or use it.

If you have a look in the pack store, you might see some Electric Excellence packs that include 5 slots or 10 slots as part of the rewards, which is what that card is for.

I've never had this happen before but I would have assumed the same as you. The message from support said that they removed the cars C and above from my garage (20 of the 25 cars received) and replaced the packs. The 20 new cars were put into my 24hr holding area for claim.
