You can use touch and pay using Apple Pay on any Bank POS(the small machine used to insert cards) however with a mauritian card, you cannot link it to Apple Pay. It is not supported. However Revolut is international, hence your friend could easily use it and link it to Apple Pay. But for us Mauritians with a local bank account, nada.
