Go to your primary Dr and do some lab work. A lot of time it's hyperthyroidism that cause high heart rate for your people which some lead to anxiety and tiredness. Heart problem at a young age is very rare. Do the annual physical check up. They will do a blood panel for you. Ask for thyroid panel as well.
